FROM INVITATION TO VISIBILITY

Simple to start.
Clear to follow.

A clear process to understand where your capital is and what happens with each allocation.

01

Join by invitation

A partner’s invitation link is your starting point for creating an AirBitClub account.

02

Add capital

Once your account is enabled, track confirmation and your available wallet balance.

03

Choose a trade

Review the strategy, costs and terms. Decide how much to allocate.

04

Follow every step

See positions, activity and net results through closing and release of funds.

A DIFFERENT MARKET ANGLE

Not every strategy
depends on calling
the next rally.

Prices and conditions can differ across markets. AirBitClub aims to identify these differences and assess trades with paired positions.

The goal is to reduce directional exposure. Results depend on execution, costs and the risks of each trade.

BEHIND THE TRADE

Two positions.
One clear rationale.

Pairing a purchase and a sale of the same asset can reduce reliance on price direction. The opportunity lies in the conditions across markets.

ETH SPOT + PERPETUALEducational example
01 / SPOT MARKET

Purchase of 1 ETH

The platform buys the asset. This position gains value when ETH rises and loses value when it falls.

Long position+1 ETH
02 / PERPETUAL CONTRACT

Short the equivalent of 1 ETH

At the same time, it opens a short position in a contract with no expiry. Its result tends to move in the opposite direction.

Short position−1 ETH

What if the price rises or falls?

Gains on one position tend to offset losses on the other. The offset is not perfect: differences between markets and execution failures can lead to losses.

03 / WHERE RETURNS MAY COME FROM

Understanding funding.

Perpetual contracts involve periodic payments between buyers and sellers, known as funding. The strategy assesses whether these payments can offset the costs of holding both positions.

When funding is positiveThe short position may receive a payment from those holding long positions.

When funding is negativeThe flow reverses: the short position may have to pay.

WHAT COUNTS IN THE END

Net resultResult of both positions+ funding received− funding paid− fees and execution costs

What does AirBitClub assess?

01

Costs

Can the difference cover fees and execution costs?

02

Liquidity

Can both positions be opened and closed?

03

Exposure

Are margin and risk within limits?

04

Ongoing conditions

Do conditions still justify keeping the trade open?

This example explains a strategy under evaluation, without projecting returns. Funding is not fixed; costs and liquidation can cause losses. The 8-hour lock is a platform availability rule: it does not guarantee a funding payment or a positive result.

AN INFORMED CHOICE

Your capital.
One allocation
at a time.

Before confirming, review the strategy, amount and availability terms. Only allocated capital is subject to the trade’s lock period.

TERMS PER ALLOCATION
8hours

Minimum lock period

Starting when the system accepts and confirms the allocation.

Unallocated capitalRemains available
After the minimum periodClosing and reconciliation
WithdrawalFrom the released balance

The end of the lock period does not mean an instant withdrawal. Open positions must be closed and reconciled. The period does not imply a promised return.

CLARITY IS PART OF THE PRODUCT

Clear terms.
The details you need.

Clear custody model

In the initial model, AIRBIT holds custody and handles execution. Participation terms must be presented before any allocation.

Risks in plain sight

Balancing positions does not eliminate market, liquidation, execution, counterparty or custody risks. Trades can result in losses.

No promised returns

Returns are not guaranteed. Projections are estimates; net results reflect actual execution and costs.

BEFORE YOU START

Good questions.
Straight answers.

How do I join?

Registration requires an invitation from a partner. The home page does not allow registration without an invitation. Account activation and participation terms come before any movement of funds.

Where is my capital held?

The initial model provides for direct custody by AIRBIT. The responsible entity, transfer methods and applicable terms must be defined and available during onboarding before funds are accepted. Connecting your own accounts via API is a future development.

What does the 8-hour lock mean?

It is the minimum lock period for each allocation, starting from confirmation accepted by the system. New allocations have their own periods. Unallocated balances are not subject to this lock.

Can I withdraw as soon as the 8 hours end?

The minimum period, trade closing and withdrawal processing are separate stages. Open positions must be closed and amounts reconciled before they become available for withdrawal. Instant settlement is not promised.

Are returns guaranteed?

No. Strategies that aim to neutralize exposure can also incur losses. Market differences can disappear, funding can change and costs can exceed the trade’s proceeds.

What can I track?

The dashboard is designed to bring together positions, order statuses, funding, costs, exposure and net results per trade. The previews on this page are example views, not results from a real account.
